We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We use the following service providers, who act as data processors on behalf of NAM PROPERTY LTD. They may only use your data to provide their service to us and must keep it secure:

5. Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers, or their own sub-processors, may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as a European Commission adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You can contact us for more information about these safeguards.
6. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
- Enquiries that lead to a contract: kept for as long as needed for the project and afterwards for the period required by Cypriot law (for example, accounting and tax records) or to deal with possible legal claims.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period in line with its standard retention practices.
7. Security
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we limit access to people who need it.

10. Cookies
This website does not use cookies or similar technologies (such as tracking pixels or local storage) to track visitors. In particular:
- we do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools;
- our fonts are hosted on our own website, so no font requests are sent to third parties such as Google;
- the contact form sends your enquiry directly to Web3Forms only when you press “Send Enquiry”; it does not set cookies or track you;
- we do not embed third-party content such as maps or videos. The “View on map” link only opens Google Maps in a new tab if you choose to click it, after which Google’s own privacy policy applies.
Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is required. If we introduce cookies or analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
